Timothy Bello popularly known as Teeborne has been a major background player in the Nigerian Entertainment industry for quite a while.
In this sit-down, TeamArewa interviews the street proclaimed Teeborne dah Back Borne, In his first ever interview as an entertainer, he shares with our readers a side of Teeborne that we Nigerian entertainment hope to see more of, a side that sees him as true entertainer in his own right.

An Interview with Teeborne
TeamArewa :The name Teeborne is quite popular on the streets of Nigeria, could you formally introduce yourself?
Teeborne : Timothy Bello Saint are my real names, while Teeborne is my stage name am ah Nigerian by birth, grew up in Kainji Army Barracks, Niger state.
TeamArewa : You are also popularly known as “King of the slaves "where did that reference stem from?
Teeborne :Hahaha 😂 well i don't remember telling any body that my name is" King of the Slave " i only used it in one of my colabo i was featured by ili Don.. IS just a lyrics my name is Teeborne not" King of the Slave ".
Teeborne : My love for music started when i was still in my secondary school at mina, niger state.
TeamArewa : Some popular artists have used your name in their songs, how would you say you rose to fame in the industry?
Teeborne : ahmm.. Well i actually came up and met this gospel artist who was using the name Tbone.. And i also use the name sha.... I don't know i was using someone name.. But immediately i found out there is someone using Tbone, i changed my name to Teeborne. I know i'm the only one bearing the stage name and with God by my side am still getting fame, and am working hard in the industry now all the People in my state right now know the name TEEBORNE.
TeamArewa : Unique City Entertainment(UCE) Is that the name of your entertainment outfit?
Teeborne : Yeah.. Yeah.. Unique City Entertainment is my record label.
TeamArewa :what do you have to say about your label?
Teeborne : well my record label unique City Entertainment is ah.. Record label that is known within the state and few People also outside the state. Artist present in the label are Samyjeff, Flablaiss, Teeborne, (Jbrown. Disc jockey).
TeamArewa : Your love for music is evident, who would you say are your all-time favorite Nigerian Musicians?
Teeborne : i love this question..ahmm.....my favourite Nigerian artist are Wizkid, Olamide, Davido, Mr.Eazi and Maleekberry.
TeamArewa : From the streets to the studio – what prompted you to record your first single?
Teeborne : i really love music so very much even when i was a kid i was eager to be come a music artist. I have a great passion for music, music is something i cant do with out. In fact if you will ask me the name of my girl friend i will tell you her name is Music. When ever am writing down a song i usually observe any kid or teanage who happens to listing to me in a way, they normally resits the lyrics of the song am singing some of them will even ask me who sing the song. So i really feel real good to hear some People resiting the lyrics to my song. So that was what really motivate me to hit the studio and record doh it was a collaboration that i started with.
TeamArewa : Any plans for an album?
Teeborne : yeah actually am currently working on a project.
TeamArewa : Any plans to shoot videos?
Teeborne : yeah my hit song "Number one" need a video so i have a plan to shoot a video .
TeamArewa : Out of your singles, Teeborne is my name, Down ish, Number one and my Desire – which is your favorite?
Teeborne : well i like them all but "Down ish" and "Number one" are my favourite singles lol 😂 😂.
TeamArewa : What challenges did you face recording them?
Teeborne : i don't have much challenges in recording songs. But i only have challenges with some of the producers. In the state they don't normally give good time for me and other artists when it comes to recording our songs, but i have tackle that challenge.
TeamArewa : Most know you for your street fame, do you think the transition to music will be taken seriously?
Teeborne : Am always serious with anything that has to do with music, cos it's my career. So am taking it serious.
TeamArewa : A couple of other music artistes have featured you on their singles, how did that come about?
Teeborne : the do listen to my songs, so the feel like working with me on there track will make something reasonable and they all right about it, cos all of the songs i was featured all are hit songs back to back. Songs like "Desire", which samyjeff Ft. me and "Milinda" which flablaiss ft. Me and more which i cant remember.
TeamArewa : Who was the best artist to work with so far?
Teeborne : the best artist i worked with so far is Flablaiss and Samyjeff. Shout out to does guys i gat much love for their talents.
TeamArewa : We know you are a ladies man. Describe your ideal woman.
Teeborne : Hahaha 😂 😂 well. Me i really love slim girls and moderate either short or tall.
TeamArewa : lol, that simple huh? Are you single or mingling?
Teeborne: ahm..... Am Engaged to a girl named music 😉😉
TeamArewa :we had that you are working on new hit "Daddy's Girl"?
Teeborne: Y'all should just anticipate cause" Daddy's girl "is something Big the song is for my......... 😉 just Anticipate.
TeamArewa : What do you think contributed most to your fame?
Teeborne : My hard work and how i promote my music with my Social Media Account.
TeamArewa : What is next for Teeborne – what do you hope to achieve in the next couple of years?
Teeborne :I want to achieve more than Bill gate, i want to be heard all over the world.
TeamArewa : If there is anything you could change about yourself, what would it be?
Teeborne :Nothing at all i love my self.
TeamArewa : Any word of advice to those who look up to you?
Teeborne : yeah... They should just stay on their lane, be who you are, don't doubt about yourself, everyone will make it in life. That's it Y'all work hard and pray for me.
