FATHER OF 8 KILLS WIFE FOR REMOVING ZINK DOOR IN ADAMAWA.

A commercial driver and father of 8 has stabbed his 40 year old wife to death for removing locally made zink door from her former house in Gombi Local Government Area, Adamawa state.

The 57 year old suspect, Muhammed Alfa, of Lainde B village in Gombi LGA, stabbed his late wife, Hamsatu Muhammed with a knife shortly after a little argument on the 1st January, 2022.

The deceased was said to have been divorced by her husband and relocated to a nearby house and later decided to remove locally made zink door from her former house in order to fix it on her new apartment.

Muhammed who became angry with her action used a knife and stabbed mother of his children on the neck as a result of which she fell down unconscious and was rushed to the Hospital where she was confirmed dead.

A release by the command's spokesman, DSP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, made available to NEWS PLATFORM on Sunday, said that the suspect was arrested by the Police in Gombi following a report received from one Jauro Babangida Boka a village head Lainde.

 DSP Nguroje, said that the Commissioner of Police, CP Mohammed Ahmed Barde, directed for thorough and clinical investigation and prosecution of the suspect.
