‘I Work For Tinubu,’ So I Can't Be Arrested – Portable

There was a mild drama between the Nigeria Police and controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, on Tuesday.

The ‘Zahzooh’ crooner took to his Instagram page to share a live video of himself resisting arrest from the men of the force who stormed his wine bar.

In the video, the singer was seen challenging the authority of the policemen as they tried to whisk him away.

He claimed an internet fraudster hired the officers to arrest him and some of his staff.

The police officers told him to cooperate, adding that what he is doing will not help him.

Portable fumed: “No, don’t tell me this one I’m doing will not help me. I’m a superstar. I’m a celebrity. Show me your ID cards everybody. Show me your ID card oga….I’m a federal government liability. I work for APC. Akoi Tinubu. We own Nigeria,” he added.
