Before a person is appointed as Resident Electoral Commissioner, he will first be nominated and the office of the president will submit the name of such nominee  to DSS for screening to ensure the candidate has no skeleton in his cupboard and thereafter the nominee will be submitted to INEC for further scrutiny and clearance.

My question here is was Hudu screened properly because somebody told me  this morning while we were joking that the man was indicted for fraud when he was in the active service of Bauchi state. As a senior citizen,  it will be highly irresponsible to post such information without cross checking and this is what I found on internet from side called the whistler. "Amid the controversies by the fraudulent declaration of Adamawa state governorship election winner by the Resident Electoral Commissioner Hudu Yunusa Ari, checks by the Whistler revealed that the Rec was indicted in a 16b Naira fraud during his tenure as permanent secretary in Bauchi state, Ministry of local government Affairs.." 

 For God's sake how can such facts escape the eyes of the security agency that screened Hudu for such a sensitive position.

As APC candidate goes to the tribunal, these are the facts that will be  thrown in the public domain on the character of her manufactured Returning Officer. He will also tell the tribunal and the whole  world the Collation Officer in  Fufore that  conducted the election and  gave APC Candidate 67,000 votes and PDP 7,000. All the ward collation Officers will break down their figures unit by unit. 

The tribunal proceedings will be very interesting to watch. I'm waiting with baited breathe.
