Job Description:

We are inviting interested and qualified candidates to apply for the position of Information System Analyst at Cowbell Milk - Promasidor. As an Information System Analyst, you will play a vital role in eliciting requirements, evaluating information, and bridging the gap between business units, technology teams, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Elicit requirements using best practice techniques such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, and more.

2. Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.

3. Carry out requirements management, analysis, and communication effectively.

4. Develop and execute test plans for PROMASIDOR Software Applications, ensuring validation and appropriate signoffs before changes are implemented in the "live" environment.

5. Provide orientation and training to end users, while updating users' manuals and training guides for PROMASIDOR Software Applications.

6. Support PROMASIDOR Software Application Operation and contribute to the knowledge base and knowledge transfer activities among team members and users.

7. Assist in defining software security settings/access roles and creating functional specifications for development and customizations.

8. Understand and document business requirements, configuring the software to meet them effectively.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related course.

2. 2-3 years of experience in a business environment, performing as a Business Analyst.

3. Knowledge of Business Process Analysis and Modeling, as well as Dynamics NAV system.

4. Excellent understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and accounting rules.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
