RE: THE DESPERATE RELENTLESS AND BIASED EFFORTS OF INEC AND HER COLLABORATORS TO TWART AND SUBVERT THE OUTCOME OF THE ADAMAWA GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION  by George Kushi

A Pot-pourri of lies dished out by itinerant liars cannot shake the foundations of even poorly assembled truth. However hard they try,the truth will prevail over the best assemblage of falsehood.

It is very unfortunate that a group made up of unconscionable men can put up such a poor show by accessing all and sundry,including INEC of trying to deny Aisha Dahiru the exalted seat in Dougirei  Government House  Yola. How can this group accuse INEC when it is clear that their hatchet man had no constitutional right to announce  results of the elections. If truth be told,how can they contest the testimony of all the other political parties and their agents in the mist contested results from Fufore? 

The truth is the most formidable  weapon of the righteous and God's response to the truth is assured. Therefore the Press briefing in Abuja by one Mustapha   Madawaki (claiming to be Binani"s returning officer) and his group of desperate political adventurers that are hell bent on thwarting the hard  earned political gains of the people of Adamawa has once again taken another negative dimension as they churn out another stream of fallacies. 

To the chagrin of all,the small group of desperate Binani hangers-on have opened up another argument that adds nothing to their purpose,but in the contrary has exposed their naivety as far as politics is concerned. Their first major error is that they failed to understand that an argument founded on lies cannot last long.  However, the truth is that Hudu having arrogated to himself the role of Adamawa state Returning Officer should not go unpunished. Why should the Binani's horde arrogate upon themselves the right to spell out Hudu's duties as REC? They fickle minded horde are ignorant of the dictates of the law and requirements of the Constitution.

The group led by Madawaki have infact exposed themselves as a mob that believes only in what the deem right. They have a narrow and myopic view of what is right without due consideration to the laws and statutes on which the pillars of constitutionality rest.

 Wittingly,Hudu must have Hoodwinked them into believing that he can be commissioned to dash out the election to whoever he so wishes. However, the contrary is the case. Having been found wanting,INEC Hudu's employers have come out in the open to indict him for doing what he was not empowered to do. By bringing him to stand in court for malpractice and acting beyond his limits,he might end up in jail. For this grievious breach of the law,others that abetted him stand to suffer the same fate. Aisha Dahiru had better stir clear off because her utterances and actions smirk of support and collusion in Hudu's abuse of his duties as REC .

Madawaki and his horde might as well continue to cry out to the moon, yet the wheel of justice will go round till what is right is done. Their last stance was in Fufore when faced by iminent defeat they resorted to a last ditch attempt that almost caused chaos in the state.

 Little wonder,all the matured minds in the APC either folded their hands to watch the Quixotic wujja wujja dance of shame or totally withdrew support for the errant display immaturity of the Dahiru Binani camp and her crew of amateur advisers.

Yes,there might have been a G5,but that is neither here nor there. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri's victory was ensured by the people. The APC convention that  birthed Binani's candidature is still remembered as the most monetized primary election in Adamawa and Nigeria as a whole. The outcome of that primary election is what  sired the belief that money can do anything,that you can change figures, buy anything and anybody. Unfortunately,this bought that is surborned now have to face the music.

 As the Binani horde did not anticipate,the court case in Yola will be their Waterloo. Madawaki was a shadow of himself . All the brash and swagger is gone as he no longer knows what to say or what new stories to concoct . One by one the witnesses are exposing themselves to potential cases of perjury.

If Madawaki was to be in the shoes of those he is today accussing of betraying or distancing themselves from Aisha Dahiru would he have stayed put? Would sane man stay in a burning house together with the mentally unstable person to the to see the final result? No! The sane ones did the needful lest they be consumed in the inferno.

 Madawaki in far away Abuja us accussing others of staying away in the same place. Surely,he does not see Yola as a place he can conduct this gibberish utterance . He knows fully well that the local media practitioners on ground that witnessed Hudu's show of shame by stealthily declaring Binani as the winner,and Binani accepted the fraudulent pronouncement will have ready questions that he cannot avoid answering hence his choice of an auditorium that does not know the facts on ground.

All that matters is here in Adamawa,whatever lies Abuja-Adamaws citizens concoct out there does not matter. When it really matters,all the liars , imposters and their pretending principal will appear in Yola courts to get whooping or possible jail terms for attempting to steal elections.

For the time being they can enjoy what freedom they can enjoy. Despite all evidences,they still think they are right. That is not surprising,; none but a fool is always right.

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse!!!!
