1. International applicants conditionally admitted to one of TU Delft's 2-year Regular MSc programs (not applicable to Joint Education Programs)
2. Cumulative GPA of 80 percent or higher on the scale maximum
3. Possession of a bachelor's degree from a globally renowned university outside of The Netherlands
4. Submission of a complete MSc application before the scholarship deadline
