Job Responsibilities

As a Distribution Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring efficient and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including inbound and outbound distribution.
Develop and implement effective distribution strategies for product delivery optimization.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and fleet management.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, transport partners, and customers.
Monitor distribution performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and present reports on distribution performance and operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations in Nigeria.
Experience managing multi-location distribution networks is an added advantage.
