Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Duties

✔ Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
✔ Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
✔ Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and dealership inventory.
✔ Assist in preparing invoices, contracts, and business documents.
✔ Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics for the dealership team.
✔ Handle office supplies management and procurement.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

✔ Manage dealership’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Jiji, etc.).
✔ Create and post updates about available vehicles and promotions.
✔ Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media.
✔ Monitor automotive industry trends and integrate them into marketing strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

✔ Proven experience in administration and social media management.
✔ Strong knowledge of social media platforms & digital marketing tools.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.
✔ Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
