Key Responsibilities

1. Driving & Safety Compliance

✔ Drive MdM vehicles following all Nigerian road safety regulations.
✔ Ensure the safety of passengers, equipment, and materials during transport.
✔ Always wear seat belts and ensure all passengers do the same.
✔ Maintain a valid driver’s license and all required vehicle documents.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Fuel Management

✔ Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil level, brakes, air pressure, fuel, etc.).
✔ Report technical issues or needed repairs to the Logistics Officer.
✔ Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
✔ Keep fuel levels above half and refill when needed.

3. Logistics & Support Tasks

✔ Assist in loading/unloading of goods and materials.
✔ Maintain a detailed logbook of fuel consumption and mileage.
✔ Help with small purchases and operational tasks when required.
✔ Support in manual duties such as arranging supplies at MdM locations.

4. Security & Confidentiality

✔ Report security concerns immediately to the supervisor.
✔ Maintain strict confidentiality of all MdM work-related activities.
✔ Respect all MdM rules and regulations, including ethical conduct.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ SSCE / High School Diploma or equivalent.
✔ At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
✔ Good knowledge of Katsina State and surrounding areas.
✔ Ability to follow safety protocols and road regulations.
✔ Basic vehicle maintenance skills are an advantage.
