Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to drive merchant acquisition, develop sales strategies, and identify business growth opportunities in Niger. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, banking, fintech, or a related industry and a passion for growing businesses through financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Acquire new customers through active sales and marketing efforts.

Cross-sell financial products and services to maximize customer value.

Seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.

Develop marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management

Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

Participate in community fairs, trade events, and cluster marketing activities.

Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to enhance services.

Provide expert financial guidance to customers based on their needs.
Team Collaboration & Reporting

Conduct daily sales meetings to review progress and strategize for success.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of business goals.

Prepare and deliver presentations on company products and services.

Implement industry best practices to optimize customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements

4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or related industries.

Strong understanding of financial services and merchant acquisition.

Experience in selling lending services and merchant POS devices is an advantage.

Excellent business acumen, analytical skills, and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

A degree from a recognized institution.
