Job Summary

The L&D Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employees’ skills and knowledge. The role involves training program design, content creation, and sourcing new training opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to client needs.
Deliver corporate training sessions for Government and Private Sector clients.
Utilize e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Identify and source training opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct training needs assessments and recommend learning solutions.
Develop interactive instructional materials to enhance learning effectiveness.
Track and evaluate training program effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.

Qualification and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s in Education is an added advantage).
Minimum of 2 years experience in training & development, instructional design, or corporate training.
Certification in Learning & Development (CMD certification is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-learning tools, and LMS platforms.
Experience working in an HR company or department as an L&D Specialist or Training Manager.
