Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing civil and electrical works for newly acquired stations. The role requires strong leadership, vendor negotiation, and project execution skills to ensure successful project completion on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and management of civil and electrical projects.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with company objectives.
• Lead vendor negotiations to secure cost-effective contracts and agreements.
• Use project management software and tools to track project milestones.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality.

Qualification and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in civil and electrical works.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills with experience in managing supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to analyze CAPEX and OPEX, optimizing project costs while maintaining quality.
